Sixty percent leased ahead of its FY 26 handover, the campus secures 1,200 covered bays, VRF HVAC and a gym, lounge zones and a terrace café.

Cyber Green sits 18 km from the airport via NH 544 and 3 km from Edapally Metro on Line 1. Vantage Point lies 20 km from the airport and 1.2 km from Palarivattom Metro station. Both campuses front major highways and enjoy 15 minute bus links to the CBD and SmartCity Kochi.

Cyber Green's double-glazed façades, rooftop solar and STP reuse 75,000 litres daily to halve fresh-water demand. Vantage Point's LED lighting and rain-harvest tanks store 100,000 litres, delivering 20 percent energy and 40 percent water savings versus older stock. Both target IGBC Gold ratings.
