2. Casagrand Estilo

Casagrand Estilo is a new premium project in Pallavaram, South Chennai. The project covers 3.5 acres and includes 202 luxurious apartments with modern features. You can choose from 2, 3, & 4-BHK apartments. The construction was prelaunched in January 2024. It will be ready to move in by October 2026. The size of the apartments ranges from 1605 to 1789 sq ft. The government has approved the project with ID TN/01/Building/0204/2024. Prices start at Rs. 1.15 crores.

3. NCC Urban Ivy Towers

NCC Urban Ivy Towers is a new luxury residential project in Pallavaram, South Chennai. It covers 8.11 acres of land and includes 924 luxurious apartments with modern amenities. You can choose from 2 and 3-BHK apartments spread across 12 high-rise towers. The apartment sizes range from 1217 to 1810 sqft. 6. Casagrand Casamia

This Spanish-themed project offers 2 & 3-BHK apartments within 13 buildings. It was prelaunched in January 2025 and will be ready for possession by July 2029.
